Pool to Pier are always looking for beach lifeguards, kayakers and coaches to join our team. Beach lifeguards and kayakers are key parts of our beach team while our coaches also lead sessions in the pool during the first two terms of the programme. As well as this, our sister company - Brighton Swimming School - are always on the look out for swimming teachers, lifeguards and assistant swimming teachers for shifts after school and during weekends. P2P Programme Coach

Coaches lead both the pool sessions and sea swimming sessions. Must hold ASA/UKCC Level 2 or STA Full Teacher.

Beach Lifeguards/Kayak

Lifeguards and kayakers keep sessions safe on the beach, tracking swimmers. Must hold beach lifeguard qualification.

Brighton Swimming School

Our sister company often recruits new swimming teachers, assistant swimming teachers and lifeguards through the year.
